I can't seem to verify my email address

Email communication is our primary method of communication. When you sign up for a Save account you are asked to confirm your email address to ensure delivery of our communication. 


When you first sign in to your Save online account you will see the option to "verify your email." 


If you are unable to find an email from Save to verify your email, please try the following: 

  • Perform a search in your junk email for an email from Save.
  • Perform a search in your spam inbox for an email from Save.
  • Request another verification email be sent to you directly from your online dashboard by clicking on the link again. Please note: the original verification email will expire if not verified. 
  • Once you locate an email, be sure to add Save to your trusted contacts. 


From your Save App: 

  • Log in to your account.
  • If a "Please verify your email address" prompt shows, click on Verify.
  • An email will be sent from Save.



  • You will receive a confirmation message when the email is sent.
  • You will see a confirmation message once your email is verified.

From your Online Portal 

  • Log in to your account at www.joinsave.com.
  • If a "Please verify your email address" prompt shows, click on Verify.
  • An email will be sent from Save.



  • You will receive a confirmation message when the email is sent.
  • You will see a confirmation message once your email is verified.
