Can I withdraw money from my Market Savings deposit? How long do withdrawals take?

Save customers can withdraw their deposits at any time during the term of their investment, but if you want to earn the maximum APY* possible, we advise you to leave your money with us for the full term of the investment.  

We fulfill withdrawal requests via two separate transfers. First, we send you an ACH electronic transfer of your initial deposit to your linked bank account within 4 business days of either:

1. The successful receipt of early withdrawal costs; 
2. An early withdrawal request, if there are no additional costs; or
3. The maturity of the program. 

Then, we will transfer any investment gains (minus our management fee and costs associated with early withdrawal) to you in a second transfer within 20 business days of the initial withdrawal request or maturity of the program.

Any costs associated with early withdrawal will be netted against any investment returns. Save customers will be responsible for early withdrawal costs in scenarios where there is no investment return to cover early withdrawal costs. You cannot partially withdraw deposit funds from an investment program.

If you only have one active investment program and choose to withdraw it, your Save account will close as well. 

Go to your Profile & Settings menu to manually withdraw funds and select Withdraw Funds. Follow the prompts from there. Please contact customer support if you have any additional questions on your withdrawal request or need help during the process contact customer support.
