You can update your Market Savings renewal preferences six weeks before your investments mature. During this time, you can change the term length and your preferred portfolio. Your preferences are locked 24 hours before your investment matures.
If you don't update your preferences before the 24-hour lock deadline, please call customer support as soon as possible to update your preferences. Due to our trade schedule, we may be able to help you if we update your preferences quickly.
