I need to upload documents to complete my account. What does Save accept as additional supporting documentation?

We may require a document upload to complete your application. We will email you or you may see an account banner upon login advising of the upload requested. 

You can upload your documents through your online portal or Save app. For instructions on how to upload documents to your account, click here. Below is a list of acceptable documents.

If you have any questions about our request or have any issues uploading these documents, please contact customer support

For Identification Documents: 

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, identification card, or a passport
  • Permanent resident card

For Address Verification

  • Current utility bill
  • Voter registration card
  • Current bank statement

For Social Security Number Verification:

  • Social Security card
  • W2 (showing your full social security number) 
  • Letter from SSA or IRS (showing your full social security number) 

For Affiliated Approval Documents: 

  • 407 letter from your firm's compliance department
