Does a debit card come with the Market Savings program?

Generally, debit cards are associated with checking accounts. The Market Savings program is not a checking account, so Market Savings customers won't be getting a debit card upon signing up. Typically, savings accounts are used to save money intended for specific purposes and goals. Additionally, there are restrictions placed on savings accounts that do not exist with checking accounts.
