I am a cadet or part of another national public agency not listed in the eligibility section. Could I be eligible for MLA?

Currently, the Department of Defense does not include service academy cadets and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Public Health Service members in the MLA Database. MLA eligibility is confirmed through the Department of Defense's MLA Database.
