Save® uses your phone number as part of your username to access your account.
If you have changed your phone number, you can still access your account with the phone number on file. You will need to update your account profile with your new contact number. Click here for our FAQ on how to update your profile.
If you receive a prompt for a One-Time Password (OTP) code during your login and do not have access to the phone number to retrieve the texted OTP code, you can request the code to be sent to you via email to a verified email address. You must click on "resend" for this option to become available.
The next time you log in, make sure you do it manually and not through biometrics such as fingerprint or Face ID. Once you have logged in by entering your number and password, you will be able to use biometric login again.
