There are several factors taken into account during our account opening process. If you received a notification from us stating that your Debit Invest, Wealth card, and Market Savings application(s) has/have been rejected, here are a few possible reasons why:
- The information you entered while applying may not have passed our identity verification system.
- If you had to upload documents, they may not have been approved.
- You may not have passed our risk assessment.
Wealth card applicants could have this additional reason:
- We also consider your credit history and credit score. If denied a wealth card for a credit-related reason, you will receive an Adverse Action Notice by mail within 7-10 business days after your credit denial to the address noted in your application.
