As part of Save's security practice, transfers made from your Save online dashboard will in most cases take 4-5 business days to process, from the date the transfer is initiated on your account.
Once a transfer has been submitted, you will need to allow for the transfer to complete. We cannot cancel the transfer on your behalf, so it is imperative that you be sure of your transfer details.
If there is a concern with the transfer from your bank, you will need to contact them directly.
