To protect our customer's privacy, we do not participate with any third-party services that will request your online credentials. If prompted to add your Save® credentials when attempting to add Save (or Webster Bank, N.A., Member FDIC) as a transfer option through another financial institution or service, you will not be able to do so with your Save online username or password. You may, however, be able to add your Save routing and account number to manually add your account information. In such cases, your other financial institution may need to send a micro deposit for account verification to your Save account.
If attempting to add your account information through an accounting or expense tracking software, you may also run be prompted to enter your Save credentials. For these types of account integrations, you may be able to export your transaction history or statement information from your online dashboard to then import it into your software.
