We may need to verify your bank account through micro deposit verification.
Micro deposits are small deposits transferred to your account with the purpose of verifying ownership of the account added.
If prompted to verify your bank account through micro deposit verification, Save will apply two small deposits and one debit (add of the 2 deposits) to your bank account, 1-3 business days from the day you entered your bank information.
Once you are able to see the deposits in your bank account, you must confirm these amounts through your Save® online dashboard.
Once confirm your bank account, you will be able to make transfers with the account.
From the Save® app:
1. Navigate to the Transfers button, from the home screen of your app. Select your transfer option.
2. Select Transfer to my Save® Card. To add a new account, enter the routing number for your account, then enter the account type (checking or savings) and number for your account.
3. After you enter your account information, click "Send me two deposits" and Save® will send your bank two small deposits in 1 to 3 business days. Check your email for instructions from Save on how to return here and verify the deposit amounts.
4. After you get an email with instructions on how to return to your Save® app to verify the deposit amounts, enter the amounts from your bank account. Once completed, you'll see a confirmation screen.
From the Online Portal:
1. Navigate to the Transfers button, from the home screen of your online portal. Select your transfer option.
2. Select Transfer to my Save® Card. You can either transfer from an account you have already added, or you can link a new account. To add a new account, enter the routing number for your account, then enter the account type (checking or savings) and number for your account.
3. After you enter your account information, click "Send me two deposits" and Save® will send your bank two small deposits in 1 to 3 business days. Check your email for instructions from Save on how to return here and verify the deposit amounts.
4. After you get an email with instructions on how to return to your Save® app to verify the deposit amounts, enter the amounts from your bank account. Once completed, you'll see a confirmation screen.
