Anytime there is communication needed regarding your account, Save® will either send you an email to the email address we have on file or alert you with a notification upon login on the online portal or Save App.
In some cases, Save may also call you. It's important that you keep your contact information current and that you update any changes to your account immediately. Changes to your contact information can be made on your profile through the online portal or Save App. Visit our FAQ on how to apply changes to your contact information, if needed.
We also recommend adding Save as a trusted contact in your email address book to ensure that our emails do not go to your junk or spam folders.
