Your Save® account must be opened in your legal name. We understand there are circumstances in which a legal name change may be necessary.
Due to regulatory requirements, any name change request must be verified with supporting legal documentation. You will need to contact customer support for these requests.
In your request be sure to include your supporting documentation that reflects the name change.
Examples of acceptable documents include:
- Updated Driver's License or Identification
- Marriage certificate
- Divorce certificate
- Certified copy of name change court order
