We recommend a regular review of your account activity online and of your account statements. If you identify any error in a transaction, you have a responsibility to notify us and protect your account.
If you have shared your card information with a merchant that debited your account and did not provide the service or good expected or debited you for an amount other than agreed on, we recommend you contact the merchant first to try to resolve the matter. Any communication effort made with the merchant should be shared with us.
Please contact customer support as soon as possible for a review of your account and for any dispute needed.
If you believe a transaction was processed in error or was unauthorized, you must contact Save no later than 60 days after the problem or error first appeared on your statement. For more information, you can visit joinsave.com/legal.
