In an effort to protect your account, your Save® Debit Invest card will not work internationally without a travel notification. You can easily add a travel notification for your specific travel dates from the Save App or Online Portal.
Please note that once your travel notification expires, your card will not work internationally until you submit a new travel notification.
If planning to use your card with an international merchant, you will also need to add a travel alert to your account.
If you need to cancel a travel notification previously placed on your account, please contact customer support.
From the App
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Cards at the bottom of your app.
- Tap the Card Settings widget in the middle of the screen.
- Tap Travel Notification
- You will be prompted to enter information about your trip detailing the date of departure and the date of return.
- Swipe to confirm.
- A confirmation message will appear.
From the Online Portal
- Log in to your account at joinsave.com.
- Click on Debit Invest on the top right corner.
- Select the Card Settings button from the green banner at the top of your screen.
- Select Travel Notification from the menu below the card image.
- You will be prompted to enter information about your trip detailing the date of departure and the date of return.
- Click Confirm.
- A confirmation message will appear.
