If your Save® Debit Invest card becomes damaged in any way, you will be able to order a replacement card through the online portal or Save® App.
Your replacement card will be a new card with a new number. Replacing your Save Debit Invest card will cancel your damaged card. You will need to provide the new card number to any merchants who had the damaged card number on file or that had your card set for recurring payments.
There is a $5 replacement card cost that will be deducted from your Debit Invest account. Your new card will arrive in 7 to 10 business days from your replacement request.
From the Save® App
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Card Settings button, from the home screen of your app.
- Select Replace Damaged Card.
- Select the reason for replacing your card and press Continue.
- You will receive a warning message to replace your damaged card, Swipe to Continue.
- A confirmation message will appear once confirmed.
From the Online Portal
- Log in to your online portal at joinsave.com.
- Select Card Settings from the top green banner.
- Select Replace Damaged Card. You will be prompted to give the reason for your replacement.
- Select the reason for replacing your card and press Continue.
- You will receive a warning message to replace your damaged card, click Confirm.
- A confirmation message will appear once confirmed
