If you forget your PIN, it can easily be reset online or through the app by following the steps below.
From the Save® App
- From the home screen, select Card Settings (located in the middle of the screen)
- From the Card Details screen, select PIN (It is the 4th button from the top under the card image)
- A form will appear for you to Change your PIN and then input the new PIN to confirm.
- Select Submit to save your changes.
- You will see a PIN Successfully Changed screen once your PIN has been changed
From your Online Portal
- Sign in to your account at joinsave.com
- Once you’ve reached your home page, select My Card on the top green banner.
- From the green banner, select the Card Settings next to the Transfers Button
- From the My Card screen, select PIN
- A form will appear for you to Change your PIN and then input the new PIN to confirm.
- Select Submit to save your changes.
- You will see a PIN Successfully Changed screen once your PIN has been changed
