You can easily update your contact information and your Investor Profile via your online portal or Save App. Updates to your name are also available from this option but will require additional steps. Click here for more information on updating your name.
Updating your contact information will affect future logins and communication from Save. Changes to your investor profile may change your investment program or program renewals.
From the Save App
- From the home screen, select the Account Settings gear in the top left corner of your app.
- From there screen, select Personal Information.
- From the Personal Information screen, select the item that needs to be updated.
- Apply your edit and click Submit.
- You will be directed to verify your changes by entering the 6-digit code received by either mobile text or email.
- If you enter the right code, your information will automatically update. If not, you'll get an invalid code error message and you'll have to try again.
From the Online Portal
- Login to joinsave.com.
- From the landing page, navigate to the Account button on the top green banner.
- From the drop-down menu, select Personal Information.
- Select the item you want to update and input your new information.
- You will be directed to verify your changes by entering the 6-digit code received by either mobile text or email.
- If you enter the right code, your information will automatically update. If not, you'll get an invalid code error message and you'll have to try again.
